Here is a list of financial institutions approved by Soncel that may provide financing for the investment in your home.  We have had an excellent experience with their service.  It is important that you know how much your monthly investment can be so you can choose a home model that fits your investment criteria.  Soncel will pay up to 3% of closing costs if you use one of our approved lenders.  Before we commence the construction of your home, we have to have a “clean loan commitment” from a financial institution.  Many new programs are available in our area for homeownership. Soncel does not get a referral fee from any of these lenders, so you will be able to obtain the most competitive bids from them.  However, your commitment letter has to be issued before we commence construction.  If a financial institution is not in this list, please contact us beforehand.
